So much goes into creating an exciting and successful event...and we need your help to do it! Below is a list of items that we need in order to have a successful silent auction, live auction, raffle and more. But don't let this limit you. If you have any new item that you'd like to donate, please contact Victoria O'laughin at 916-244-3658 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can download the auction donation form here. FieldHaven is a certified nonprofit organization and we will provide you with documentation of your donation for tax purposes.
Volunteers: If you'd like to volunteer to help plan CCC or volunteer the day of the event, please contact Kathy Gerry at email@example.com or 916-253-3808.
Silent Auction Items: We appreciate donations of new items for our silent auction. The minimum value is generally $50. You can take a look at our 2014 silent auction items to get an idea of what we are looking for.
Live Auction Items: Our live auction has "bigger ticket" items like trips, culinary experiences, furniture, an "instant wine cellar" and more. Let us know if you have anything you'd like to donate.
Gift Cards: We need gifts cards from restaurants, retail stores, grocery stores, gas stations..any place that gives gift cards, we'll accept them. We use them in both auctions and the raffle, so there's lots of need. We'd like the cards to be in value from $20 to $200.
Pampering Items: These are for our pampering raffle basket. Gift certificates for manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, plus champagne and flutes, jewelry, etc. Just think of anything that will pamper someone special in your life.
"Manly" Items: Our "Man Basket" is a huge hit everyyear and we'd like to make it even better this year. We could use beer, tools, sports gear, anything you think the man in your life would like.
Sports Basket: All things sports...gift certificates for laser tag, golf, memorabilia, etc.
Wine Lovers Basket: ANything wine related...bottle openers, preservers, carafs, glasses, napkins, picnic baskets, wine carriers, wine charms...you get the idea.
